Nicole Boylan

About

Nicole Boylan is a second-year doctoral student at the University of Alabama. Her research interests focus on marketing strategy, specifically in the areas of B2B relationship marketing, salesforce management, and personal selling. She has a forthcoming article in the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management. Nicole’s works in progress focus on better understanding the key drivers of digital sales call performance and the interplay between post-sales service and future sales growth. She holds an MBA, a B.S. in Marketing, and a B.S. in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Prior to a career in academia, Nicole worked in B2B sales for a consumer-packaged goods firm and founded a digital selling firm in the services industry. She has experience working with both B2B buyers and B2C customers.
