Nandini Nim

About

Nandini Nim (She/Her) is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Woody L. Hunt College of Business, The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Georgia State University (2021). 
Nandini uses econometric and machine learning methods to study substantive marketing topics. Her current work focuses on digital financial inclusion, technology-embedded customer experience, and marketing for startup firms. Her co-authored work has been published in premier business journals such as Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of International Business Studies, and International Journal of Research in Marketing. 
Nandini is a fellow of Charles R. and Dorothy S. Carter Chair in Business Administration at UTEP. She also won the 2021 Young Scholar Award from the Organizational Frontlines Research Group. Currently, she teaches marketing metrics to undergraduates and marketing management to MBAs at UTEP.
