Ross Johnson

About

Ross Johnson is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of North Texas. He is a marketing strategy researcher interested in understanding how marketing investments can impact firm performance. Specifically, his current research covers customer experience management, the marketing-finance interface, and sales force management. His work has been published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and Industrial Marketing Management among others. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Alabama, and is open to collaboration.
