Curriculum Vitae

Annette Ptok is a doctoral student at the Chair for Retailing and Customer Management since November 2012. She graduated from the University of Cologne in October 2012 with a Master degree in business administration, majoring in marketing. She has worked as a student assistant at the Department of Retailing and Customer Management. Annette Ptok gained practical experience in various internships, e.g. at a tax consulting company and in the banking industry.
