Dr. Kristina Klein has started as a Professor at the University of Bremen

Dr. Kristina Klein, one of the Marketing Area’s postdoctoral researchers, has started as a Professor of Marketing and Consumer Behavior at the University of Bremen on October 1st. We say farewell and wish Kristina all the best and a very successful start in Bremen!

Dr. Kristina  Klein holds a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and she is an alumna of the CEMS-Master in International Management (MIM) program. She received her doctoral degree in Marketing from the University of Cologne in 2012. In the course of her doctoral and postdoctoral studies, she has been a visiting scholar at the University of Waikato and Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand. She received the “Scientific Award 2013” of the German Marketing Association (Wissenschaftspreis des Deutschen Marketing-Verbandes) for her doctoral thesis. Her research interest and expertise focus on branding, consumer behavior, gamification as well as sensory marketing: “ My time at the University of Cologne was really great; I will really miss the team, the area and the research atmosphere. But I am excited to start a new adventure and I am looking forward to my start in Bremen.”
