Tina Müller has been a visiting lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Brand Management since April 2011. She is an Executive Board Member and Chief Marketing Officer at Adam Opel AG.

From 1989 to 1993 Tina Müller studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Trier and University of Lyon III, France, and received her diploma degree and Maîtrise Science Economique. She worked for companies such as L’Oréal Germany, Wella AG and Henkel AG & Co. KGaA before she started at Adam Opel AG in August 2013.

In 2009 Tina Müller received the German Marketing Prize of the German Marketing Association for the brand Schwarzkopf, and the Glass Breaker Award for Successful Women in Business (Victress Award). In 2010 she was honored as European Chief Marketing Officer of the Year by Booz & Company, the Most Important Marketing Manager of the Year by W&V magazine, and received the Effie Award in Gold for Syoss as Best Brand Launch by GWA and the Brand Award for Syoss as Best New Brand by the German Brand Association. In 2011 Tina Müller was voted Most Important Communications and Marketing Manager of the Year by W&V magazine.

Tina Müller has many years of international experience in teaching and lecturing and teaches the course International Marketing at the Master’s level at the University of Cologne.
